Thinking more about this and discussing it with rhn-engineering-mmusgrov, I think that we can copy WildFly choice and replace the word `bom` with `dependency-management`. To be more explicit:

• `narayana-bom` will be moved to a dedicated `boms/main` folder and it will be renamed to `main-dependency-management`
• `narayana-bom-test` will be moved to a dedicated `boms/test` folder and it will be renamed to `test-dependency-management`
  This solution will also address the confusion that the `bom` word might create when community users integrate our current 'boms' in their projects. In particular, it will become crystal clear that `narayana-bom-test` is an internal collection of dependencies to be used only when building and testing Narayana.
