BlackTie does not have a unit test for services that interact with databases

      Description

      The only test we have for this is in the quickstarts - we need it in the unit/integration tests so that we pick up issues in a timely fashion.

      Perhaps a similar approach to the one we use for JDBCStore testing in ArjunaCore/arjuna/pom.xml might work for BlackTie too.
