OptionalJaxWSTxInboundBridgeHandler should not expect transaction context to be available when handling outbount message

    Description

      wsat-jta-multi_hop fails intermittently because OptionalJaxWSTxInboundBridgeHandler does not always delegate outbound message handling.

      Only check for the active transaction when incoming message comes. Then create a delegate and look for it during the outgoing message handling.
