Update docs to support Publican 3.0

In publican 3.0 the revision number must be in the format of '^{([0-9.])-([0-9.])$/'. I.e. 'x.y'. Ours are in the format '}([0-9.]*)$/'. I.e 'x'

The solution is to append "-0" to all the revision numbers.
