Ensure all quickstarts are tested during CI

We should ensure that all the quickstarts in the quickstarts git repo are testable and that they undergo CI against the supported versions of Narayana and JBossAS. This helps to prevent our quickstarts from falling out of sync. It is very frustrating for a user to try to run a quickstart and discover it fails. This can make-or-break adoption of a project as many users will select a technology that they could get working first.
