Human task service should allow claiming tasks based on group assignment

If a user tries to claim a task which he can retrieve as potential owner because he's part of a group that has this privilege, a PermissionDeniedException is thown because drools currently has no information about his group membership. The claim operation should take group assignment into account as well.
