Ruleflow rule task nodes not transitioning to next node with Stateless Sessions

In 5.1.0.M1 and prior, you could have a ruleflow rule task nodes that would transition to the outgoing connected nodes if you were using a stateless session. This no longer works in trunk. I have tested this against revision 32993, but the problemwas probably introduced sooner.
