getting Issues with ruleBase.addPackage(rulePackage) in drools 4.0.7 where it works for drools4.0.4 and even drools 5.0.1

Hi,
I am using drools 4.0.7 for my applicaiton.

i am getting the same issue in

ruleBase.addPackage(rulePackage) method

when there is multiple drl files with same package name at the provided location.

this does not happen when i use drools 4.0.4 or even drools 5.0.1 version

is this a bug that got introduced in the version 4.0.7 or i am missing something?

we are suppose to evaluate and use 4.0.7 version,

so wanted to know that whether this issues which was there is 3.0x again reopened in 4.0.7.
