Reminders are working as expected

Installed 7.48  database persistent and timer service database persistent

Setting up reminders experiences the following:

1. One time reminder -> works as expected executed after 1 minute
2. Until Count reaches 3 -> set for 4 minutes, one reminder email received immediately. No other reminders. 
3. Until task state changes -> set for 2 minutes, get 1st reminder immediately

Only one record persist in the database

I have also noticed that timer state changes to IN_TIMEOUT and it generates huge log ,creates 1000 reminders, and crashes the system. It appears to only happen for reminders setup to repeat until task state changes (task-state attachment -> used environment entry for business calendar)
