Protect AbstractDeploymentService against unexpected exception in listeners

I think we should protect this code https://github.com/kiegroup/jbpm/blob/master/jbpm-services/jbpm-kie-services/src/main/java/org/jbpm/kie/services/impl/AbstractDeploymentService.java#L163-L171, so any exception closing the manager or invoking the undeploy listener does not hide the real issue, as happened when using Kafka server extension
