Signal Event does not persist variable

i have simple process that accept a String with variable "inputElkId" and also initialize the service url, this will be use to retrieve info of the input.

the human task have a 3 options, send email, update checklist, release, on the send email i fire a signal event to go back the human task.

but unfortunately the "inputElkId and service url" variable is no longer available. after the signal event is fired. I even tried the global variable, but it seems the global is not working also.

The goal is to Re-initiate the Human Task
