Organizational entity already exists with [UserImpl:'chris'] id

I have had setup the demo package of 7.31.0 and trying out the task reassignment/escalation option of humantask.

I have created a new user 'chris' with groups 'IT' ,'kie-server' and the role as 'Analyst'. Now for one of the humantask , I have set the 'chris' as re-assignee if the task is not-started with an expiry of 5 minutes. Now while starting the process I have assigned this task to 'john'(existing demo user), and after 5 minutes I see the task is disappearing from 'john' and is visible to 'chris' to act upon as expected, but while claiming I see the below error.

Organizational entity already exists with [UserImpl:'chris'] id, please check that there is no group and user with same id
