JPAMapper doesn't close EntityManager in some cases

org.jbpm.runtime.manager.impl.mapper.JPAMapper class doesn't close EntityManager in finally block in saveMapping, removeMapping methods unlike findMapping, findContextId methods.

findKSessionToInit, findContextIdForEvent also methods also do not close EntityManager objects.
