Update URLs in Documentation for business-central.war, renamed KIE workbench/jBPM console

On 7.17.0.Final onwards, jBPM console/KIE workbench's WAR deployable is renamed to business-central.war.

As such, documentation for 7.17.0.Final and earlier need to reflect these changes, as the URLs to http://.../jbpm-console/... have become broken links.

This does not affect 7.16.0.Final, in which the application name has been renamed to "Business Central" but the WAR file remained as jbpm-console.war.

This also pertains to the generated project on http://start.jbpm.org when selecting the particular version of WildFly. The application-dev.properties file contains the following line:

kieserver.controllers=http://localhost:8080/jbpm-console/rest/controller

Which needs to be corrected to:

kieserver.controllers=http://localhost:8080/business-central/rest/controller
