Attach a SLA to a case instance after it has started

A SLA can be defined only at case level and its timer will start when a case instance has been created.

It should be possible to add a SLA to the case instance even if the case instance doesn't define a SLA; for example add a SLA under some conditions:
--> a variable changes from one status to another
--> process enters to a specific activity
