Users who are assigned one of the following roles: manager, user or process-admin are shown a blank home page upon login to business-central.
On the other hand, users with admin, developer and analyst roles can see the home page content upon login.

In addition to the problem with the empty home page, the users are unable to log out while on the home page screen. They can do so only after navigating first to one of the available perspectives.
