Stunner - Allow Process Variable creation from Assignments form of Tasks, WIHs, etc

When modeling processes in BC, one of the most (feels like unnecessarily) time consuming activities for me is defining process variables to map information into, and out of, activities like Tasks and Custom WIHs. The reflex is to drag such an activity onto the canvass, and immediately start configuring it. This then results in opening the "assignments" form and realizing that I haven't defined the process variables needed for the mapping. Sometimes, after defining process variables, I realize that I haven't defined them all and need to go back to the "Variable Definition" form to define more.

It would be nice if there was some way, in the assignments form of Tasks, WIHs, etc to create a new process variable. For instance, the "Source" drop-down could have a "New Process Variable" option that brings up the "Variable Definitions" form.
