Adding the customTaskID as a unique identifier for an active task instance

Adding the customTaskID that will store an application code. This customTaskID should uniquely identify a business object, for example, a dossier (CED, folio, cart, etc.). For instance, if a task relates to an order approval process, the order number could be assigned to the customTaskID.
