Configuration of hibernate hbm2ddl.auto on EntityManagerFactory

Currently in kie-server-services there is a persistence.xml which specifies hibernate hbm2ddl.auto as update.

This value takes precedence over any system properties.

This needs to be configurable the same way the dialect / datasource is:
A new entry which is added to getPersistenceProperties in the JbpmKieServerExtension
