Subforms are not rendered when provided by KIE Server

When sub forms are used in .form forms and those are provided by KIE Server they are not rendered. The root cause is that sub form handling in jbpm form modeller is not adjusted to deal with forms coming from outside - delivered by kie server. Moreover KIE Server form mechanism does not attach sub forms for non filtered content that is used by integration with workbench.
