Clean up cxf dependency from human task war

There are not needed libraries (cxf-*) packaged into human task war project due to ht war depends on jbpm-workitems and recently workitems was enhanced to support web service invocation but it is not needed in ht war as the only work item handler used by ht service is Email for handling notifications.
