Log the URL that designer connects to to ease resolution of connection issues.

Right now within UUIDBasedJbpmRepository class designer builds URL using properties and gets a resource that URL points to. If URL is not valid it produces log that does not tell much info - "Unable to connect to Gunvor. Is it running? [Connection refused]". It would be more useful if it printed the URL it used, as it would help resolving connection issues.
