Investigate failures of tests-ws under tests target in JBPAPP_5_1 branch

JBPAPP-6980 included tests-ws target under jboss-all-config-tests.

When running just tests-ws target against all profile no errors are present - tested on local machine.

There are errors on Hudson when running tests target - for details see for example http://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/view/EAP-CI/job/JBoss-EAP-5.1.x-Testsuite-sun16/110/ or http://pastebin.test.redhat.com/60147
It seem that server shutdown is invoked (by test?) before all tests are executed.
