    Description

      This implies porting the changes for https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBWS-2740 to jbossws cxf/native 3.1.2 branch.
      Please be sure to correctly port the testcase in framework, remove the existing duplicate test in native and also make sure all the changes I did wrt plugins etc are considered when porting (see all the related commits at https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBWS-2740?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Aall-tabpanel)
