If you have a 2 node cluster with buddy replication, and you restart one node, that node does not receive a JBoss Cache state transfer.

See JBCACHE-1549, which is already fixed in JBC trunk. This JIRA is just to get the fix in a bug fix release and into the next EAP 5 cycle.
