JBM some clustering tests failed

    Description

      Running the JBM test suite against the libraries found in the EAP passes all on linux but produces 3 failed tests on windows:

      • org.jboss.test.messaging.jms.clustering.ClusterViewUpdateTest(Clustering).testUpdateTopology
      • org.jboss.test.messaging.jms.clustering.DisableLoadBalancingAndFailoverTest(Clustering).testNoFailoverNoLoadBalancing1
      • org.jboss.test.messaging.jms.clustering.DisableLoadBalancingAndFailoverTest(Clustering).testNoFailoverLoadBalancing1
