Add crash recovery tests for DBs newly supported in 5.3.0 (Postgres 9.2)

The 5.3.0 will be certified for Postgre 9.2 and Postgres plus 9.2. It is needed to change the transaction crash recovery tests (which are part of the EAP testsuite) to be able to run against those dbs.
