When I invoke Build Project in Project archives view, the archive seems to be "rebuilt", not "made". I guessing this based on the time required for this command and also because in the exploded case, the directory is first deleted and then created and filled again.

I'm using this command because of a bug in incremental build - see http://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-797 .
