      1. connect to cloud (EC2)
      2. Launch instance
      3. click 'Manage' to select key for instance
      4. Hit refresh immediately several times (and make sure you see the progress bar + info in the main window that shows you that keys are still being loaded)
      5. Select a key (while keys are still being loaded)

      Currently :
Key gets deselected and OK button gets disabled as soon as key gets deselected. You may reselect the key but it gets deselected as soon as the next refresh operation finishes (progress information in the main window "get keys" disappears).

      Expected:
      1. When dialog is displayed, it is being refreshed. If it takes too long (a few 100 millis), you probably hit refresh by hand. Refresh button should be disabled, when window is refreshing content and/or you should see something like 'Please wait..'
      2. When key is selected, OK button is enabled and after clicking on it, the key field is filled with the key

There is a workaround. You can just wait until the initial refresh finishes.
