Fixing requirement of 'Missing WTP Runtime' cannot be fixed using 'Search for runtime'

1. Have clean workspace, no server runtimes 2. Open Project Examples dialog 3. Select for example SOA-P 5 -> ESB Hello World 4. You'll see warning about missing server rutnime, 'Details' button becomes enabled, Click it 5. Window about missing WTP runtime is shown, Click 'Fix' Currently: It is opened preference page, where user can add the runtime, but selection in tree of (other) preferences does not match. User cannot add runtime by searching for it using 'JBoss Tools -> JBoss Runtimes' Expected: It is opened preference page, where user can add the runtime and can also navigate through other preferences
