CDI Validatons does not seem to revalidate

Execute: create class with @Singleton annotiation and a public field
Assert: Get error on class about CDI breakage (public field requires @Dependent scope)
Execute: Remote the public field
Assert: No error on class about CDI breakage

Last assert fails.

Rebuilds, clean's etc. does not make it go away.
