VPE - when Preview tab open as default - in this case mouse scroll button does not scroll scrollable VPE content

I use booking examle xhtml pages for testing;
select Preview page in one VPE;
open other page in VPE - VPE should has scrollbar in Preview page
mouse scroll should works here
(it works for Visual/Source and for Source pages)
