"Run Schemaexport" menu item - it change it's enable/disable state after node reselection - should work correct without node reselection

1) select some correct CC in tree;
2) check "Run Schemaexport" - disabled - it is correct cause CC still not created;
3) expand node - here CC created - but - check "Run Schemaexport" menu item is disabled -> this is wrong - should be enabled;
4) select some other node and then return back to prev CC node - check "Run Schemaexport" menu item is enabled - it is now correct;
5) "Close Configuration" - check "Run Schemaexport" menu item is enabled -> this is wrong - should be disabled;
6) select some other node and then return back to prev CC node - check "Run Schemaexport" menu item is disabled - it is now correct;
