OpenShift Application Explorer new component wont appear in view if it does have the same name as eclipse project

      1. Connect to openshift cluster using odo tooling
      2. create an app using application launcher (crud + nodejs) - name it nodejsservice
      3. Create new project to host app at under openshift app. explorer view
      4. Create new component -> Chose nodejsservice project as eclipse project, change project name to something
      5. Finish
      6. Assert: component is created, you can expand it and see each part of it and you can check deployed app,e tc.
      Actual result: there is only project and empty app that cannot be expanded.
