Link for "Can't connect to the cluster. Click to login" does not work

    Description

      After I open the OpenShift Explorer View and download odo, the link under default openshift connection (when you are not logged in) simply does nothing. Hover mouse pointer appears, but clicking the link wont open any dialog.
