Remove unsupported and removed java options as of Java 17

Getting error when running ITests with java 17 (17.0.1)

Unrecognized VM option 'MaxPermSize=384m'
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

Based on article [1] I guess we have to remove these options from maven java test execution configuration.
