Opening Openshift Application Explorer opens up 16 (multiple) Download odo dialogs and throws multiple errors

    Description

      Too many "download odo" dialogs is opened at once after studio start up. I also had opened another dialog on startup together with  which could be a cause to this behavior. Also this exception is thrown. Look at pic as well.
