Major Description
CRC is switching to an installer instead of a flat binary.
JBosstools and RSP both need a way to know where the binary was installed once the process completes. A preferred way of dealing with this historically has been to place a properties file or output json representing the success or failure of the installation and the location the binary was installed to.
