fix PRChecks jobs Unit Tests

    Description

      The 3 following github PR checks actions currently returns errors (No results found) and must be fixed :
      https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-javaee/actions/workflows/build_test.yml
      https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-vpe/actions/workflows/build_test.yml

      also, there are new failing tests for below components that should be fixed :
      webservices ( see JBIDE-27721)
