re-enable javaee cdi tests

As we added some new features on cdi ( microprofile ) we need to re-enable cdi tests on the javaee-matrix job and make them pass.
as of today, cdi tests are enabled on PR cheks jobs on GitHub and it fails the job [1] .

so I propose :

• disable seam and cdi test on PR checks
• add back cdi test on the javaee test matrix
• investigate and fix the failling jobs.
