No Error/Warning message, when Service catalog is not installed on cluster

      1. Open OpenShift Application Explorer
      2. Login to cluster without service catalog installed
      3. Create new project
      4. Try to create new service - nothing happens

    Description

      I have tried to create service on OpenShift cluster without service catalog installed, but when I try to create service no error is shown or even exception.
