Consider including JavaEE/Jakarta 8/9 artifacts into JB TP

      We currently support only older java ee components in Target Platform and so we got only limited resources available in one place for ie. tests development, which is TP, and so we would have to add such packages by ourselves everywhere. So it would be nice to consider adding newer Jakarta EE (formerly Java EE) content into out TP.
