      steps:

      1. ASSERT: have "Software/Update" tab in central opened
      2. EXEC: click on the link "Supported" or "Tested - External" on the right edge of the component

      Result:
      New page is opened in the external browser. Page that's opened is concerning 11.3.GA and is broken
