Win 7 disk mapping during slave provisioning fails

When provisioning windows slaves via https://dev-platform-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/view/CentralCI_infra/job/update-windows-snapshots-pipeline, job is not marked as failed when an exception is thrown from within powershell script executed on the instance.

Failure cause: Win 7 disk mapping during slave provisioning fails (and is not propagation exception up, see above.) Add logic that will preventing mapping at this time and let disk mapping on schtasks job after user logon.
