Include Apache Camel Language Server in Target Platform

as demonstrated in this blogpost https://developers.redhat.com/blog/2018/01/31/apache-camel-uri-completion-eclipse-xml-editor/ it will provide completion of Camel URI in xml editor and it is compatible with Fuse Tooling
