Connection wizard: resizing hides authentication details

      steps:

      1. EXEC: launch connection wizard
      2. EXEC: decrease the size of the dialog so that parts of the Authetication details are hidden

      Result:

      The authentication details are not visible and there are no scrollbars to scroll those into the visible area.
