Use the correct URL for the Hibernate reverse engineering DTD

Use "http://hibernate.org/dtd/hibernate-reverse-engineering-3.0.dtd" instead of "http://hibernate.sourceforge.net/hibernate-reverse-engineering-3.0.dtd".
