Switch TP to 4.71.0.AM2-SNAPSHOT

    Description

      So we have a new TP 4.71.0.AM2-SNAPSHOT which includes RedDeer 2.0. Parent still uses older TP 4.70.2.Final. Shouldnt we switch to the newer TP ?
