Server Adapter Editor: When selecting a service I would like to simply double click to choose it

steps to reproduce:

1. ASSERT: have a server adapter
2. EXEC: open up the editor for the server adapter
3. EXEC: click the "Select..." button
4. ASSERT: service selection wizard shows up
5. EXEC: select a service and hit "Finish".

suggested improvement:

1. EXEC: double click the service
