In the Maven Repository Configuration wizard, the predefined Maven Red Hat techpreview has been replaced with the new, official Maven Red Hat GA repository.

Description

Configure maven repository still suggest "http://maven.repository.redhat.com/techpreview/all/" where it should be doing "http://maven.repository.redhat.com/ga" instead.

Should also ensure the name/id gets to be consistent.
